I've been reconnecting with Serj Tankian's music recently. Unapologetically political, his work with System of a Down and his solo offerings are often anti-establishment, speak out against genocide and war, and he is deeply pro-Armenia, his grandparents being survivors of the Armenian genocide in WWI. I am sharing the symphonic version of “Empty Walls“ from his first solo album.
