so-soThe book drew me in immediately with the synopsis and it was interesting enough in the beginning, however the book seemed to drag on as the book progressed.

The novel was well written and the scenes were articulated well also. The biggest downfall for me was the length, I feel that if the book was 150 pages shorter it would have been a pleasant read, instead I struggled to push through until the end. It became mediocre and predictable. •
