I saw this on display at my library and picked it up. This was very short but I liked it a lot. It had great ideas and I‘m very excited to get trying some of these and my girlfriend might even assist too! This has some great ideas.

This is a super cool book. It talks about what citizen science is, how to get involved in a citizen science project, and suggestions of interesting projects with a wide variety of topics and time commitments. This book inspired me to sign up on scistarter.org and join the Stall Catchers project. It's a super interesting introduction to citizen science, that doesn't take long to read.
