bailedIt just didn‘t hold my attention. The world building was great, the audiobook narrator really good but somehow the action and dialogue dragged for me. I tried twice to give it a go and now I am giving up on it.

pickA great beginning to a trilogy set in an alternative Elizabethan England. It is interesting that all of the story has a cast of only men and a love interest who is disguised as a man for most of the story. Still I am looking forward to the rest of the series
