Silent Blade: Not liking the man in this one. I suspect he‘s going to be the love interest (at the moment, at the beginning, there‘s a lot of lust on both sides) but he sees her once and decides to break into her house.

I like the world-building but the premise of the story is creepy. And we're not shown why they fall in love.

humouress Silver Shark: much more fun, even if it does start on the bleak, grey planet of Uley. I like the descriptions of the psychic landscape. Different protagonists but we do get to see the couple from the first story, about 10 years on. 3h

#BookReport
I keep going off forecast for my finishes but I'm happy that I finally got around to these two and am more of a House Andrews completionist now.

#WeeklyForecast
Goal this week is to make it to the end of the first story in Orphan's Tales and keep current with GoTChapterADay. I also want to start another audiobook on my commute because I'm tired of the same songs on the radio.

Pickpick

This book is really three separate stories. Silent Blade was a good intro to the world and it's magic system and I enjoyed the two main characters. Silver Shark broadened the knowledge of the world and I enjoyed seeing the characters from the first story make an appearance. A Mere Formality was kind of weird with a lot of low brow humor and I'm not quite sure how it fits in this universe but still kind of funny. Overall I enjoyed this.
