Fairy Gold: A Book of Classic English Fairy Tales | 
Was reshelving some of my older and more fragile books (this one is a hand-me-down from my Dad, who bought it discarded from the Whitehorse Elementary High School Library sometime before 1983) and got distracted by the beautiful illustrations. Unfortunately this book has no back cover but is treasured nonetheless.
