A great insight into the life as a bookseller in the 1920ies. The stories are rather randomly told with no continuity. Also I think that the book is mostly interesting for other bookseller because Jenison talks a lot of the calculations it needs to keep the business running.

I decided to join this lovely challenge. Here are my picks:
Emily St. John Mandel - Station Eleven
Betty Smith - A Tree Grows in Brooklyn
H. G. Wells - The War of the Worlds
Dante - The Divine Comedy

Looking forward to a great reading month with you all!
