This book is for your soul. Comprised of many gentle reminders why you are important. No matter how many heartaches you face. You are You. I still don‘t really relate to the relationship pieces, but I do with the anxiety mentions of self-doubt. So I love the empowering section. This also happens to be the final book of her Pillow Thoughts collection, which I adore reading while heading to bed #poetry
