This book was a bit more about writing to process trauma than I realized, but I have a greater understanding now why so often I HAVE to write things down. Even if it‘s just bullet points, the clarity of sorting the chaos known as my brain into written words makes me sigh with relief. This quote, right near the end of the book resonated big time with me. You, also, can‘t rush the answer

3.5/5⭐ A bit more grandiose and a teensy less practical than I usually want in a self-help book. However, I really liked the author's personality and vulnerability. She makes a strong, unpretentious case for writing of any kind. #bookspinbingo
