Has anyone else read this series? I only have two books left, and I really love them! One reviewer described it as "Jane Eyre meets Lemony Snicket," which I thought was actually really fitting ?

I‘m nearing the end of this series, and I‘m loving it more and more after each book. Book Five features the Incorrigible children and their resourceful governess at Brighton, with more puzzle pieces to various mysteries coming together and an ending that makes you want to grab book six quickly! There‘s a blurb at the top of the cover that says this is a cross between Jane Eyre and Lemony Snicket - so true!
I really enjoy the Incorrigible Children books. They‘re hilarious & delightful (especially the audiobooks!), and I enjoy how each one gradually reveals more of the mystery surrounding Penelope & the Incorrigibles. Each book walks the line of being a little too ridiculous & over-the-top; this one, for me, really was too over-the-top. I wasn‘t fond of the newest characters in this volume, but I‘m interested to see how it wraps up in the final book.
I finished my first book for #TwoinThree, although I kind of cheated, since I only had about 75 pages left. This series is absolutely delightful!

I just finished the 5th book in the series! Now I have to wait until June for the 6th and final book to be released! I can‘t wait to find out what happens, since this one left off on a great cliffhanger. #MiddleGradeMay
This series has me hooked. The fifth book finally resolved some of the Ashton family mysteries before leaving us with a major cliff hanger and the final book yet to be published! Counting the days...
Loving the British accent in this audio book!
The Incorrigibles will keep me company on the long drive to Anacortes. Love this series, love these audiobooks.
