Mehso-so

Somewhere between So-So and a very soft pick. On the one hand, it‘s the sort cute seasonal feel-good novel that I like to indulge in at this time of year; on the other hand, it‘s a bit too implausible even for a seasonal feel-good, and the ghostly sub-plot was weak.

I am posting one book per day from my extensive to-be-read collection. No description and providing no reason for wanting to read it, I just do. Some will be old, some will be new. Don‘t judge me - I have a lot of books. Join in if you want!

I am often to be found in my local Waterstones bookshop cafe, with a scone with jam and cream and a pot of tea, and a book.

And thanks to the #WinterReadathonDailyChallenge, I‘ve just discovered a whole series of books with a cream tea theme!
