pickI had to make sure my last book of 2020 was a good one and boy was it ever. It is the end of the Ice Cream Girls story. The Ice Cream Girls was the first book I ever read by Koomson so I was excited about the sequel. It was nothing at all like I expected but everything I actually wanted. So many twists. So many connections. I love that she leaves you questioning on so many levels throughout the whole book and then the ending! MUST READ!
I am normally busy caroling on Christmas Eve but this year no caroling thanks to Covid. So I am reading instead!
Just finished rereading The Ice Cream Girls and I am ready to dive in. Mrs. Dorothy Koomson had me well before page 10. I want to read but I have to people. I‘m going to put my all into people-ing (even though my head wants to be in this book) so the people can leave me alone and I can read. blacklitsy #blitsy
