In a vulnerable but valiant debut, Christopher Ferreiras blurs the line between memory & myth, tragedy & triumph, recovery & healing, nostalgia & love, poem & not poem. Divided into five sections that chronicle one's journey from day into night, these poems meditate on the nature of relationships and change. Each chapter seeks reliable truths upon which to stay grounded, a sky to put the struggles of becoming in perspective, and a north star to reveal one's path through their coming of age.
