Sonny and Me | 
pickLoved this YA title. It‘s written in Scots through the voice of a 17yr old boy. It is very much how the pupils in my school talk and, it‘s the first book I‘ve read where the Scots written was like the way I speak. It does have swears if that bothers you, though if you‘ve hung out with any 17 year old boys that won‘t be much of a shock 😆 Me (Daughter) and his best mate Sonny are a wonderful example of what a friend is.
