Dawn Toolan born and raised in Northeast Pennsylvania, Dawn Toolan is a children’s author, mother of three, former science teacher, CEO of an early learning center, and entrepreneur.
Dawn earned a Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Science from Central Connecticut State University. Although she truly loved teaching high school earth science, she left the field and founded The Edison Early Learning Center in 2007 after becoming a mother.
