Another great entry in the series…this time, Daisy is on holiday. Of course, there has to be a murder, and of course Daisy becomes entwined in the investigation. I was shocked how quickly the story went - the 8+ hours flew by on audio! - so definitely a great listen.

Bk14 of the Daisy Dalrymple series & Daisy,Alec, Belinda & Belindas friend,Deva,are on a seaside holiday in Westcombe,Devonshire.When the local, married, "ladies man" is found dead at the bottom of a cliff,there's no shortage of suspects in the small town. Then Alec is outed as a Scotland Yard detective & has to give up his holiday to hunt a murderer. I loved the setting of this, plus Sid the beachcomber & Daisy being all maternal. #daisysdarlings

Onto Bk14 of Daisy Dalrymple, Daisy, Alec, Belinda & Belindas friend, Deva, are on holiday in a small seaside town on the coast of Devonshire. Staying at a small boardinghouse, Daisy & the girls, there a week before Alec, make friends with a few locals, but are warned off George Enderby, the publican, after he makes a play for her. On a picnic with Alec, they find Enderbys body at the base of a cliff & once again Alec's holiday is cut short.
