We read this book tonight and our six year old quite enjoyed it. A fish who breaks an object and becomes frustrated and angry as the day goes on. With the help of his friends he learns that counting and using his words to express his emotions will gradually calm him down.

Loved how he gradually instead of instantly came down from his emotions. Great book to show our guy that it's ok to experience these emotions and how to come down from them.
