pickJust purchased these books to share with incoming Kindy parents at an orientation session next term. Love my job (most of the time 😉) 🥰.
pickAfter the disgusting, multipronged assault on LGBT lives by the tangerine terror's cronies this morning, I spent my lunch break in a nearby park where the library has a story walk. This was a cute picture book about emotions, and, bonus, there was no orange in it 😉 😩

pickBeautiful book. Gorgeous illustrations. Ed is in a bad mood and just keeps sweeping with his anger. The pile keeps getting bigger and bigger. Will Ed ever stop sweeping? Hm... I guess you need to read it to find out! Just a sweet story.
pick4 ⭐ Wow, this is not a boys town press it kind of reads like one. Where you‘re given a problem and ways to deal with it. The refrain in this book is worry worry go away. I don‘t have time for you today. And that actually really works especially with the examples that are given , and that the reaction isn‘t always the same as long as you take time to think about it and know that you can be better. Over all this book works.
pick4⭐This is a reminder that you can do anything. A little girl and her baby doll named Qai loved to dance. And they look forward to dancing but worried they might not be good enough. But Qai Qai reminds baby girl that as long as you do your best, that‘s all anybody‘s asking for. This book is lovely. A tad bit obnoxious with always saying baby girl and not giving the child a name. But overall, it was a joy to read little girls are going to like it.
so-so3 ⭐ It‘s hard to call this a celebrity author or a celebrity picture because it‘s the song by a singer put in picture of a format. It‘s fine. The song was a hit for multiple years with the Happy Feet movie and yes this book was checked out like crazy. Is there still place for it? Yes… but I have a feeling this is one that when Library copies fall apart, they will not be replaced. I do like that they use real pictures in the book that are set to a
