pickOne of my all time favorite authors wrote this amazing short read about a (mostly) true experience of having a woman live outside his London home for a few months. It also has a great movie adaptation. This is a great introduction to one of the UK‘s finest playwrights and authors, imo, and a lasting unique writing voice that is humble, relatable, entertaining, and soothing in some ways. 5 stars!!
