I don't think I'm this book's target audience, so your mileage may vary. Structurally, this book worked, and the writing was good, but I really struggled to connect with Quito, so I never LOVED it. His self-esteem issues needed to be addressed WAY earlier, imo. But I was always rooting for him and Emmett, and the musical aspects were all spot on! #contemporaryromance
