This book is a great book to use for science for all ages. This is a great way to use integrated curriculum because you can work on ELA with poems and reading but it is all about a science concept. This is a fun and engaging way to teach elementary school students about amphibians. It has very fun rhythmic poems but also has a lot of facts about the animals in paragraph form underneath.

This book would be good to use in a science class when discussing Amphibians or other facts about them. The book could be used for group projects and each group could pick a poem, then find more facts about what their poem is about.
