Mehso-so

Trying to get over the end of her relationship Gwen turns to a dating app & goes on lots of dates but the guys all turn out to be losers. Then those men start dying so Gwen begins investigating. I struggled with this because I couldn't stand Gwen (tho my biggest problem with her does get explained) but the mystery did hold my attention. There were issues throughout with timing (how did she not get to the church till 2AM at the end and wasn't the

bookandbedandtea wedding meant to have been that day, for ex.) Also this has one of my least favorite tropes- the MC who withholds info from the police, interfers w (impedes) their investigation, then gets angry when they: don't provide her w info, focus where she wants them to, & start to wonder if she's the person they're looking for. 2mo

This was such a fresh and modern take on a thriller/murder mystery. By using the world of online dating apps, you'll feel like you are swiping left and right alongside Gwen. I have seen comparisons of this to Bridget Jones but with murder and I can definitely see why. This is fun, twisty, and completely engaging. Every time I though I figured out who the killer was, I was completely wrong. This dark comedy will definitely keep you guessing!

I really enjoyed this audiobook! I loved hearing about the different men that Gwen encountered on the dating app 'Connected' and how things went south with each of them. I did figure out the culprit very quickly into the story by a simple progress of elimination, but it was still fun guessing how it would end and it was a very engaging listen. I loved the narrator and the story was fun, exciting, and definitely entertaining!🌟🌟🌟🌟✨It's a winner!

⭐️⭐️⭐️💫

3.75 stars. This hit the “fun thriller” spot! Is it believable? No. Did the main character make many questionable decisions? Yes. But it grabbed my attention right away, kept me guessing, and was overall a darn good time! 🎧

I'm getting to the end of this on audio and it has been an absolute pleasure to read/listen to. It is lol funny, clever, and an all around a page turning mystery! I have loved hearing about each date that Gwen, the MC, went on and how each man subsequently reached their untimely death. Still some loose ends to tie up, because I don't believe the current red herring of an ending. Excited to see how it's all ends. I have a few suspicions. Let's see!
