Autumn Fever
Autumn Fever: Golden Leaves... Big Dreams... | Annie Rose
"The purple ones signify loss, and the white ones signify hope." When famous professional dancers from the hit television show 'Strictly Spring Fever' arrive in the village for their autumnal training season, alpaca farmer and cattery assistant, nineteen-year-old Marigold is drawn to the glimmering modern dance studio viewable from her hilltop home. Daydreaming collides with reality. Misunderstanding leads to a collaboration. As friendship develops and challenging dance lessons ensue, Marigold has to juggle work and family commitments alongside her newfound passion. She's determined to not let her family down, but also excited to discover her own individual life-force. Only once she can learn to trust will she free herself to pursue an exciting future far from home. About The Author Having completed an MA in Creative Writing, Annie Rose writes crossover contemporary YA novels and occasionally, short stories. Residing in West Sussex, England, she is often inspired by the rural beauty of her county. Some of her favourite things to write about include: nature, food, friendships, family, self-belief, self-discovery, the arts, isolation and dreams. Her love for reading and writing is fuelled by the desire to explore many viewpoints and experience many lives.
