pickI loved this book & had a chance to meet the author today! It focuses on time management, but from a woman‘s POV. She encouraged integration and leaning into each unique seasons instead of constantly striving to do everything all at once and be great all the time. I love that she includes details about monthly cycles and seasons to incorporate into your planning. There were so many helpful tips and I know I‘ll refer back to it frequently.
pickThis book is a lot - That‘s not a negative. There is a lot of content to chew on and it‘ll be one I refer back to and reread. Highlights = The inclusion of hormonal challenges specific to women, the acknowledgment of how many darn hats we all wear compared to the dudes, and the way she has made an effort to provide alternative P.L.A.N‘s for when you‘re just, not holding it all together, struggling, grieving, etc, is just really kind and helpful.
