Pickpick

The final book in the #FrighteningFour miniseries was honestly, a bit of a let-down! Despite all of the spooky happenings, the final resolution is wacky (even for #SweetValley!). Plus, Alice had been established as Eva‘s 15 year old babysitter & now she was suddenly 12… the climax on yet another #SweetValleyHalloween is certainly action-packed (more fire, a cemetery chase!) & Steven plays a hilariously heroic role again but I wanted better answers

JenlovesJT47 Man I was obsessed with these when they came out! 5d
TorieStorieS @JenlovesJT47 I really loved the first three, but this last one seemed like the ghostwriter didn‘t do a good job of reading the previous three! 5d
JenlovesJT47 Yeah the ending is very strange, even for Sweet Valley! 😳 5d

TorieStorieS @JenlovesJT47 It doesn‘t make sense! Why was Eva still child sized? Why did Alice go from being 15 to 12? Why didn‘t Steven ever have to babysit after losing the bet with Joe? So many questions!! 5d
JenlovesJT47 😁 I never understood that either. Maybe the fall stunted her growth? 🤷🏻‍♀️😳 who knows. But the rest of the books are really good. 5d
TorieStorieS @JenlovesJT47 For sure!! Besides these continuity things help keep the re-reading interesting! 🤣 5d
JenlovesJT47 Well, if the continuity was better we wouldn‘t have 12 Christmases and 37 summers 😆😅 5d
TorieStorieS @JenlovesJT47 And that would be the biggest tragedy of all!! 🤣 4d
