This book is an insight into the mind of the mentally unwell. This book of poems has been my goal, passion and to show myself my strength throughout the very long and distressing process against my fight between my demons (mental health) This book was written with the desire to help people going through what I have, or to help others to try and understand. This book was written in the worse times of my mental health battles and I turned the nightmare I’ve gone through into a goal.
