Pickpick

A lot of wonderful family reunion moments in this volume, more warm fuzzies given than I expected, always a pleasant surprise.
The Signal and the Outsiders gave me a good closing arc to Signal lore I was vaguely aware of; heartfelt message in there about asking for help that I really appreciated. 1/?

Robotswithpersonality 2/? The Murder Club, a bit more of an angsty family get together, but par for the course when the Batfam is involved, and there were still sweet and silly moments in amongst the chaos and the sad.
The Pennyworth Files was an eldritch, if slightly gore-y, bit of fun, lovely to have Alfred front and centre, even if this iteration is proving a bit of a goofy contrast to Batman's constantly-in-peril panels.

Robotswithpersonality 3/3 Arkham Academy is pretty dark in concept, and feels like it's aimed at a slightly younger (as in 20s vs 40s, not kids) audience. To each their own!
⚠️ violence, gore

Damian saying all the nice things when Bruce isn't around to hear them. Typical. 🥹
