I remember reading this one some 20 years ago and thinking it was ok with some good character dialogue but on this reread, I see how flawed and in some moments just unrealistic.

Not my favorite of Cruise's work as I don't reread this one often compared to the others but I always had a problem with the Nick, Bill, Quinn angle and some 20 yrs later, I have a definite answer for myself as to why.

I don't know what it is but my desire to read has been no existent. I have a total of 5 books that I'm currently in the middle of reading and most are from last year. Instead of just waiting for my desire to read to return I decided to give myself a daily page goal to read. I'm staying with Crazy for You, which I started earlier this year. I remember it being funny and maybe that's something I need right now.

I needed a nice zippy favorite I've already read a half-dozen times before, and this one came to my fingers first.

I give it 5 stars. I couldn't put it down once I started it. If you love her books you will love this one too!

"I'm a feminist," Quinn said. "We get irrational urges." - There are funny parts & a good friends to lovers romance but the story also shows how stalking can start with small things & escalate.

Jennifer Cruise's novels are always fun. This one, however, dips into a slightly darker place as the protagonist copes with an ex who tips over the edge into stalking. It seems strange to call a book that deals with that fun, but Crazy For You has Cruise's trademark wit and colorful characters.
