I can‘t wait to dive into the new Caitlyn Starling book plus a ‘new to me‘ title/author Mark Waddell! My pal @Litlady sent me some spooky treats just in time to cheer me up. I got bit (not by a cool vampire) by an evil tick and have to take antibiotics. So I‘ll be spending this Halloween cozy style enjoying all my new goodies. I‘m going to paint, color, and eat the candy that didn‘t make the picture (it never does). Then read some scary books. My birthday was Monday and I received these thoughtful gifts from my #litsypenpal. I can‘t say enough times how lucky I feel to have gotten you in the penpal match up. Such great books to read and a weighted eye blanket, lotions, and a manicure set. I‘m going to be pampering myself. It‘s been a tough few months health wise so I can definitely use some self care and more good books. Thank you so much @Litlady for making my birthday special!

A thing happened over the weekend. My birthday! 🥳 My #Litsypenpal @Beck9lol did it again and spoiled me with all the books! 🎁 I‘m sipping out of the Plant Lady mug (shaped like a ceramic pot 🥹) and equipped with a shovel spoon!! It doesn‘t get any better than this and relieved I finally snagged a couple of days off to enjoy all of these wonderful gifts.Thanks so much Becky. My heart is full! Hope everyone‘s weekend is filled with great reads!📚

My #LitsyPenpal has been busy this holiday season. Thank you, thank you @Beck9lol for all the Christmas goodies! I‘m definitely the girl with ALL the gifts. I‘m ready to get back into Jane Austen retellings and The Perils of Lady Catherine de Bourgh will tick a box nicely. Can‘t wait to dive in with the other new to me books. My birthday was extra special yesterday thanks to my #litsypenpal and I‘m so thankful! That gardening set is gorgeous and this picture doesn‘t do any of it justice. The Jane Austen Escape Room!!
