so-so⭐⭐⭐ My local library has most of Will Hobbs' books, but not this one. After realizing it wasn't going to happen, I bought it. It was just okay. After a very slow build, it really picked up around page 175/204. Then, it was over. The ending felt very rushed. #MSRR
Love love LOVE this book. It's a shame that it was read by a bunch of 8th graders who didnt care about it and will probably never read it again. Okay, that's possibly just my school. But it was such a page turner. The first 3 chapters were rough, but I was able to fly through it after that. Highly recommend!!

I've really been trying to read a lot more lately. I saw a post about this book, then I got to thinking about all of those Middle School Required Reads #MSRR that I read but didn't appreciate. So I went to this little bookstore and picked up a few books. I'm really excited to read them all for real this time!!
