pickI was listening to this and heard the word "soulless" and something just clicked in my brain - it didn't occur to me until that moment that the Parasol Protectorate is essentially an introduction to this series. It's driving me crazy that I didn't read that one first. Now I have to make it a priority to read that series before the next Custard Protocol book ("Competence", featuring Primrose) is released in July! #accidentallyunchronological
