This short poem reminds me of my yoga practice, which I am so #thankful for right now. 🧘♀️ It has helped me get through a difficult November. I am also #thankful for the Litsy community, who has sent so many kind words and thoughts my way since my mom‘s diagnosis!
While I don‘t always thank the universe for what it has taken away, esp. in regards to being an #adoptee, because sometimes it‘s just not fair, I try to respect the balance. #decdays
