Listened to my audiobook instead of music during my workout today.
It wasn't bad. It is harder to pay attention to the story while counting reps. But I was able to knock out 30mins off my audiobook soooo win??! 💪
This book is interesting...I'm 50% in and it's starting to lag a little in the middle. Hoping the action picks back up! 🧞🧭
