A enjoyable distraction from my heavy reading material lately.

This series continues to entertain, and be blistering about it. Phew! The tension in this book is palpable, as the two MCs circle each other and the plot develops. Smutty silly fun, yes. Well written and entertaining, also yes. Greatly enjoying this series and Anna Huang in general.

CoverToCoverGirl Love her books. They just make you feel good… toasty. 🙂💙 4w

A little bit of everything in this one! A spicy (🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️), fast-burn with an emphasis on the lovely-dovey (maybe too much towards the end). The MMC parallels Christian Grey at times and the drama that pops up is fun! It‘s definitely a tugger of the heart-strings too. ⚠️ Trigger warning: ⚠️ loss of a parent. My November #doublespin !

Decided I needed to read something trashy and this has come up a few times over the past little while, so thought I would give it a go.
The enemies to lovers trope always seems to work for me, as does the billionaire in shining armour. The heroine in this is not completely hopeless and the sex scenes were ok; my main problem is that there was not really much tension. The whole thing could have been half as long really.

Book started out good but in my opinion it ended poorly. I‘m not a prude but the language that was used was not necessary. I was hoping for a nice fall book definitely not that. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
