pickI first read this in Grade 8 (circa 2002-03). I did not truly appreciate the book's satire until very recently. It was great to go back and discover it anew, and I was surprised that the same feeling of unease at the end of the book that I felt in Grade 8 still persists. #whatiread #booktwoof2023
