I‘m just about 100 pages into this and I‘m still not sure of Rappaport. I‘ll continue to read this because it‘s interesting and I like to see what different scholars/writers write about the Romanovs (and other subjects too). There have been a couple times she has put speculation as fact or wrote it in a way that made it seems to be fact. It‘s dense but getting to the meat of the story now so maybe I‘ll be able to read faster. #historyreadernerd
