Last Sunday we went to Costco, which usually results in a book haul for the kids. The oldest found a book on creating Star Wars themed games using Scratch. The Poke A Dot book has clear plastic bubbles to press while counting animals. A great learning book that produces a noise that is a cross between popping bubble wrap and cracking knuckles. Annoying? Yup. A Barnyard of Friends is a sweet book with layered illustrations. #kidbookhaul #costco
SleepyDragon I would tag the other two, but they aren't in the database. Other Poke a Dot books are, though. I actually did see this one, but liked the Old MacDonald one better. There are a lot of Scratch workbooks out there, and my son has built up a little collection. This one involves creating your own Star Wars sprites, which adds a level he hasn't dealt with before.
