The Mystery of Black Hollow Lane | Julia Nobel

American girl gets shipped off to an English boarding school. I feel like I should have enjoyed this book more. This will be another #readalsoin2020 I will forget entirely what this book is about soon. A secret society, mysterious messages from an anonymous “friend” and the disappearance or death of her father years earlier. This should have been a gloriously dark MG book. Still worth reading.

The Fallen | David Baldacci

so-so

4 stars. The Memory man is back for number four in the series. Ultimately this will be a #readalsoin2020 and will fade from my memory. When looking for a photo of a small town, I found a gem.
