I know I'm part of the younger crowd on Litsy so this is a younger person problem, but I've been hitting that age where my body is starting to reject those super greasy foods I used to chow on as a teenager. And I am feeling that hell tonight 😷 Today was a good comic day, and tomorrow's 7 hour drive to Virginia should hopefully prove to be equally successful. queerbookreader @CouronneDhiver It started earlier for me, I just turned 22 this month and my body's been rioting when I put greasy foods in it since 19 yo. I don't get how people can go eat that kind of stuff because I think I might actually die tonight 8y
Laalaleighh I'm like having a hard time hitting 1000 calories a day bc my body wants super healthy foods ands gets mad at pizza/pasta. Like I just ate an entire bowl of soup that was 222 calories and I had salmon and zucchini kabobs yesterday, 350 calories. I've started eating naan (500 calories a piece) and hummus everyday just to try to approach the 1000 minimum, much less the 1600 I'm supposed to eat. I need a nutritionist Haha. 8y

ReadingEnvy Make sure it's not something more serious like gallbladder issues... I hit a time where my gallbladder was not working and it was most aggravated by greasy foods. I got that sucker out and felt so much better. 8y
MemoirsForMe As you get older, you just can't eat all that greasy food. Your body just says "no more rock concerts in your intestines." Hang in there! 8y
