I've read a lot of personal finance book over the years but I must say, Happy Money by Ken Honda is refreshing. He showed a different approach to money that I've never heard before. It's definitely geared towards people starting personal finance but it's also for those who have some knowledge about the topic.

It's good book. Very well written and well researched. It made me think about the jobs I've had in the past. Especially now what's happening in the job market and the mass resignation throughout the country.

It's pretty good and informative. Some ideas are similar to other finance books that I've read but the way Jill Schlesinger delivered it is entertaining. Definitely one of the good reads I've come across.

Informative and witty. I'm glad I finally read this classic book.

When nothing seems to help, I go and look at a stonecutter hammering away at his rock perhaps a hundred times without as much as a crack showing in it. Yet at the hundred and first blow it will split in two, and I know it was not that blow that did it, but all that had gone before.

Why is finances such a taboo in our society? If money is a means to our survival (i.e. buying necessities and be able to afford rent) why are we ashamed to talk about it? It made me wonder what our society would have been if it's normal to ask for help instead of being ashamed of our finances.

One of the best book about investing and money I've read. I can't believe I didn't read this book sooner!

Wow! One of the best book I've read about habits and motivation. I highly suggest Atomic Habits by James Clear to anyone.

There were a lot of times when the author switches from passive to active writing and it's really distracting. The ideas in the book, although good, are repetitive. It's not a bad book per se, but I would wait maybe once they come out with another edition.
