I'm torn here. I was totally engrossed in this book but I also felt that it was so predictable and so frustrating. The parents in this book are so horribly overbearing- it's almost like a book about bad parenting. I'd love to hear people's thoughts.

I can't wait for my daughter to read this. Malala is amazing which is not surprising when you learn about her father. I didn't love her writing style in the first part of the book but as the book progresses chronologically it improves greatly.
Took awhile to pick up but when it did I enjoyed it. This is one example, though, where the movie was better.
