Reading this book changed my mindset and open my eyes to the importance of valuing my work through my pricing, the importance of leveraging certain tasks to allow for time to be better spent on key result areas and the importance of your network. “The difference between the rich and the poor is the poor work hard for their money and the riches money works hard for them”

A well written and broken down book with some excellent points on helping business maximise their income, many of which are relatively cheap quick gains. Take home message for me was “The more a business focuses on its core benefits (emotional) rather than its features (descriptive) the more customers will connect & purchase”

The E-myth was recommend to me at a first meeting with a business coach and I couldn‘t put it down from the moment I started it. If your looking to scale your business or take on employees I would highly recommend you read this book first to save you a lot of time/money and help with systemisation!
