I‘m so torn on this series.

His Dark Materials may not be one of my favorite series but this passage might be one of my favorites. It ends: She thought the tenderness it left in her heart was like a bruise that would never go away, but she would cherish it for ever.

Cat is making it very hard to finish this book...
