Intense and gripping narrative of a woman whose life was beyond tumultuous. The author skilful chronicles her life whilst analysing arguments and evidence against here. A skilful book that is sympathetic, bordering on biased to the subject of the biography.

Well okay then This is definitely an erotica. Each sexual fantasy is based off of a piece of art but there is a story to the whole thing and not just how far the Mona will go.

I enjoyed it it had some things you don't normal see in books.

If you are a sensitive person with regards to sex and sex work ... this might not be yours.

Ok I have issues with the telling and not showing of important things. The over use of ellipsis and em dashes, the over repetivebess of details which show an utter lack of trust of the reader.

But.

The story has such promise. It's a romance novel with Fantasy setting and that's just fine by me. I want to know the next stories. They are coming.

Nope not the movie but the book (Originally titled: My Heart is my Own) by John Guy.

So far 23 pages in it has been fascinating and definitely foreshadowed her grandson' s demise. I'm thoroughly both feet in

Absolutely love this lady and her Insta account and her book is more of the personable and quirky self. It's cleaning and her story and ... she made me cry.

Love this woman. Well worth the look.

Understanding how clutter happens, and how you need to store the things you need is not a skill that is innate to us. Cassandra, a self-described reformed slob, guides us through her 4 types of organisation and who they work best for and challenges our way of thinking about clutter and organisation for good.

It's a 3.5🌟 book. Its chick-lit/rom com territory.

Delilah Darling has slept with 19 men when she reads in Cosmo that the average is 10.5, after being laid off and finding herself under her former boss She enters a numbers based tailspin.

On the advice of a priest, who's also one of her now 20 lovers, she draws up a list of men and looks each up. Cue road trips, new dog, and no small amount of self discovery she finds what she's looking for.

21. Laura Purcell 4.5🌟

Themes of mental health and loss swirl to make a gothic tale rich in creepy and in suspense.

The ending shall leave you guessing as to what really happened.

I am in no way going to diminish what is obviously a raw and personal tale, and it certainly packs the wallop that those words would bring. I just didn't know how to get to grips with that emotion as a book. Perhaps given the topic that's how it's supposed to be.

This was not a good time for me. I didn't like the heroine, I didn't like the first hero and to be honest I pitied the second hero in this MFM story. By the time the sex turned up I really felt like the author was picking the activity from a Chinese menu. Yuck.

A Desi girl and a Biker boy. The sparks fly. An undercover operations, a broken heart, and a chance on a future.

I couldn't resist a book who was inspired by Chris Evans for its hero.

I loved this book soooo much.

I loved it.

Holy cow, Tessa dropped a 3🌟on me.

I did not get along as well with this novel as I had her others. Much disappoint! It's good just not a favourite!

Daughter of a fairy tale author never doubts that romance is in her future, but as she grows up she strikes off the fairy tales one after the next.

Now she's settle for a roof over her head and Ransom the man of the castle has much to say.

A solid 4🌟Romance. I kept envisioning Sam Heughan from Outlander. Didn't hurt either.

Well this was an unexpected foray into historical romance but oh Lord was it a beautiful one. Funny, sassy, smart and not a simpering female to see. A solidly great read.

4.5🌟

The falling of a country to militant fighting prompts a couple to escape using the books deus et machina of doorways representing the illegal migrant pathways to the west and seeming safety and new lives.

Long after reading this novel I return to think of it, of certain scenes of thoughts contained. Whilst I hated the tell and not show of the narrative that sense of alienation it caused in retrospect must be what the characters feel.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Straight up loved what is one of the most unflinching and honest memoirs of grief, loss, musical plays and relationships, I have ever read. I absolutely loved this book and read it in 3 sittings. It would have been one, but a Tom Hiddleston play intervened ... as did a sister.
