Yeah not crying my eyes at finishing the audiobook at 630 am this morning. Nope not a thing I‘m doing. The audiobook hits harder than my first time reading did. I haven‘t cried this much in a book since the end of Deathly Hallows.
A gift, all of it.
This series is like a roller-coaster, both good and bad. I loved this book! ..and the first one. I didn't enjoy the 2nd as much. This one had a lot more going for it in the way of adventure and story. It wasn't just lusting, although it had some steamy parts. It wasn't obvious and still left a lot to surprise. I can usually guess what's going to happen. There were many times I could not. I love that. The pace was great as well.
It‘s a really blustery night tonight, and the cold is creeping in through the window. Luckily I have my book to keep me warm, and an incredibly large and comfy blanket 🥰
I'm catching up on my reviews before the year ends! This was a great end to the trilogy. I really enjoyed this series and the twists and turns it took along the way. Too often a book will have a great build-up and a disappointing ending, but this was satisfying.
I was cooking while listening to an audiobook and my attention was scattered, so I absentmindedly turned the immersion blender on while my finger was inside as I was trying to get the bits stuck there. Thankfully, I pulled my hand away before any serious damage happened, but the amount of blood was crazy. 😰
The lesson is audiobooks and cooking (especially with blenders) don‘t mix. Lol
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was a great end to the series! If book 2 hadn‘t been so fantastic, this may have been a 5-star read from me, but as it is, I don‘t know that I‘ve read such a standout part of a series in quite a while, and it makes the other two pale, ever so slightly, in comparison. The series was such a blast, and I‘m sad it‘s over.
So. Freaking. Good. A nearly perfect way to wrap up the series. Rarely have I enjoyed sequels more than the first in a series, but this is my favorite of the trilogy. More action than the first and less uncomfortable love scenes than the second.
While not my favorite in the series, this was still quite stellar 😎 with characters that feel as familiar as friends and excellent world building that feels so natural. Of course, this being the ACOTAR series there were plenty of 🔥scenes 😁. My only complaint was too much of a war vibe at times.

Almost done with this series! I‘ll actually miss the characters! 🥺 Oh well, I‘ll have to find my next read! Any suggestions? And also any fans of this series here? 😁
Today‘s #colormepretty is #green!
I LOVE the ACOTAR series and I can‘t wait to see where it goes! Probably one of my favorite series.
I would recommend anything written by Maggie Stiefvater. All of her books: amazing.
The Eragon series kindled my love of dragons that has never faded.
Fangirl is a book EVERYONE should read, and then read Cath‘s fanfiction, Carry On.
If you haven‘t seen AMC‘s A Discovery of Witches or read the trilogy, do it.
I finally finished it!!! So good! Now on to frost and starlight real quick. I‘m debating between ve Schwab, Cassandra Clare, or throne of glass for my next read. Thoughts?
I love this book and this series so much and I can‘t wait for the spinoff series to be released. This book took me a little longer to reread than the others but I‘ve also been much busier this past week.
The wrap up of this book leaves some aspects of the story wide open which is interesting to think about where it will go next.
This book took me on one hell of a rollarcoast that I wasn't expecting or prepared for. I woke up earlier than I wanted because of this need to get back to the book after staying up way too late already from reading. Having such a connection to the emotional journal Feyre went through with the emotional abuse and recover will forver make this series such a special one for me.

Just finished these 700 pages in less than 48 hours because I couldn‘t get it out of my head and needed to finish. Review is coming.... and I know the reasons why people have problems with this series but for me, I really related to a number of things Feyre went through and it hit me on such a deep and personal level that I will always hold this series close.

Ok I have issues with the telling and not showing of important things. The over use of ellipsis and em dashes, the over repetivebess of details which show an utter lack of trust of the reader.
The story has such promise. It's a romance novel with Fantasy setting and that's just fine by me. I want to know the next stories. They are coming.
You guys! If you have an Ollie‘s near you, I suggest you go because they have so many new books. I spent only $7.50 total for all three books. They also have tons of books from book of the month subscription as well.
“I wonder if some part of me knew what was waiting for me. That I would never be a gentle grower of things, or someone who burned like fire—but that I would be quiet and enduring and as faceted as the night. That I would have beauty, for those who knew where to look, and if people didn‘t bother to look, but to only fear it …
The series continues to enchant me, and this book is heartbreaking, beautiful, with both expected and unexpected plot twists. It‘s not as good as ACOMAF but it‘s still excellent. The characters are what make these books so good, as well as the depth of history and world building. Still flagging these as more mature than a teen book should be labeled, just my opinion. I love these images by Charlie Bowater. This is just how I pictured them 🌌✨
I LOVED this series!! Have to go out and buy the physical books now to add to my actual bookshelf. There was even a moment there when I had tears in my eyes (if you've read it you'll know which bit). Loved all the characters and the world building. Highly Recommend.
