So beautiful , yet so dark. I savored every last word and then read it to my Brazilian boyfriend who loved it too ( but also gave me some serious “side-eye” at certain parts 😅).

I liked this book. I read during the Covid 19 outbreak because “Hey, what could be worse?”. While our current threat isn‘t Zombies , similarities between the fictional outbreak/ panic and real life were obvious and spooked me. The military and weapon references became too much for me at times, I would have liked to hear more civilian perspectives. Overall good book! Passed it along to my brother and will see the movie soon!
