So far I'm finding this book funny but I have just read some reviews and it seems a lot of people have bailed on this book so far! Let's see how far I get

Such a brilliant book. Really made me look at how I view race myself. I also loved the legal aspect of the book which was very interesting. I read this book within days. I just couldn't put it down!! A must read :)

Difficult topics in this book such as rape. It kept my attention however Emma is quite an unlikeable character which is different. Excellent portrayal of rural Ireland and the attitudes of a small community where sport plays such an important role. I didn't like the ending but that is just my opinion. Im not a fan of ambiguous endings but I understand why the author did it
