This series was super fun for someone who has grown up with Star Wars. Definitely not for the casual reader who is not familiar with the movies, though!

Book 3 of the bright empires series. Took me a chapter or two to get reimmersed in the world, but I love it! Time travel with ley lines is always so much fun!

When you discover book outlet, you order too many books. Even when it's book 3, and you haven't read book 1 yet, because who is saying no to a $2 book?!?

When your go-to copy falls apart in your hands after the thousandth read-through and countless loanings out to friends it's time to invest in a new copy. Now if only I could find the old cover again...

Excellent adventure, with a great use of dialogue and dialect. Wonderful character development. Perfect for middle school readers.
