Really enjoyed this one the whole way through. I do wish there was slightly more variance in the storytelling, the interviews could have been broken up with more report/article style sections. Looking forward to the next installment in the series!

I'm loving Sleeping Giants and not just for its gorgeous cover design! A little over half way and can't wait to see where everything goes!
Not a bad read by any stretch, but I did not enjoy this one as much as the previous two Gentleman Bastard books. The schemes didn't feel as grand, the interludes wore on me and I wanted more Jean & Locke banter. But I did enjoy Sabetha and her romance with Locke more than I thought I would!
Every bit as banter filled and adventurous as Lies, I think I enjoyed RSURS a little more because of all the pirates. Even with all the heart break, it was a fantastic read I couldn't put down.
I adored A Darker Shade of Magic, and this is just as good if not better at times. I didn't think it was possible for me to be any more attached to these characters, but I am now. Is the next book here yet?!
Started off a little slow for my liking, but once it got going I couldn't put it down. The world and characters are so richly developed, it wasn't hard to get caught up in it all.
