It is a story about a group of girls (more than 200) who were kidnapped by the militant Islamic group “Boko Haram” in Northern Nigeria in 2014. It‘s heartbreaking at the same time uplifting in some parts. It‘s about sisterhood, hope and faith. Stories like this mass kidnaping in Africa, highlight the gigantic disparity of news reporting.

A suspense novel. Very engaging and immersive. It‘s a story about a woman who kills her husband and then never speaks again. Just Read it!

What an amazing book! Easy to follow and practical! Highly recommend :) Few pointers - 1. Habits compound - so small changes can lead to big things 2. Missing something once is okay, but twice could be the beginning of a new habits 3. Stack a new habit in between or after a current habit

Honestly, it was just “okay”- the themes and her writing style. She is brave and honest which I appreciate but overall I didn‘t find anything profound. That being said, I love reading “personal-development‘ books, so many of the ideas and concepts are rehashed. My key takeaways: 1. My self worth not tied to my productivity but rather to my existence 2. I‘m worthy of rest 3. heartbreak Unites 4. No trophy for those that suffer most.

It‘s a beautiful book about hope, courage and overcoming insurmountable horrors. It helps to feel more grateful and has an uplifting tone. My key takeaways: 1. People adopt self-defeating behaviour - seek approval; seek attention or want affection. 2. We grieve what happened and what didn‘t happen. 3. Being happy means taking responsibility for self. 4. Strength isn‘t reacting it‘s responding.
